Primary Primas 1

Classes offered: Primary Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, & Hip Hop 

Ages 4-5

Primary Ballet is an introduction to Ballet barre and center work. Dancers will learn the 5 positions of the feet and arms and begin to learn the fundamentals of barre work. An exciting introduction to ballet, tap, tumbling, jazz, and hip hop. Traditional tap styles that focus on sound quality and rhythmic variation.  A fun and creative hip hop class that will keep the youngest dancers engaged with the goal to instill a love for dance in our youth. 4-year-olds must be attending kindergarten in the fall of 2022 to enroll in this class (4-year-olds who will not be in kindergarten in Fall 2022 should enroll in the Broadway Babies class.)

Primary Primas 2

Classes offered: Primary Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, Hip Hop & Jazz 

Ages 6-7

This is an introductory class to the ballet technique which includes barre and center work. The class will focus on turning out, stretching, coordination, and spatial awareness. Basic ballet technique, proper body alignment, French terminology, and musicality are all very important aspects of ballet technique. In addition to technical training this program includes the exhilarating styles of Tap, Jazz, Tumbling and Hip Hop. Popular, funky, street dance styles. Learn the latest and greatest dance moves like those seen in popular cultures number one dance platforms such as; Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Tik Tok, World of Dance, and So You Think You Can Dance. A fun and creative class that will keep the youngest dancers engaged with the goal to instill a love for dance in our youth.
