Registration & Payment Summer camp tuition is due in full at the time of registration. Registration is only considered complete once payment is received, and spots are not held without payment. Unpaid registrations will be removed and the spot will be released to another dancer. Summer camps are not included in monthly tuition and are billed separately. Tuition plans and auto-draft schedules do not apply to summer camps unless otherwise stated. Discounts & Promotions Early Bird discounts are available for a limited time and must be applied at checkout using the promo code. Discounts cannot be added retroactively after registration is completed. Tuition is not prorated for missed days or absences. Enrollment & Capacity Camps are available on a first-come, first-served basis. RRDT reserves the right to cancel or combine camps with low enrollment. If a camp is canceled by RRDT, families will be notified and issued a credit or refund as applicable. Attendance Expectations Tuition is not adjusted for vacations, absences, or partial attendance. Attendance is mandatory for all returning Performance Team & Company members enrolled in the Summer Dance Intensive.

Drop-off: Camp starts promptly at 9 am. Early drop-offs are welcomed starting at 8:30 am. Pickup: A late fee of $15 per every 30 minutes will be applicable for pickups after camp concludes. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Friday Field Trips! (Summer Dance Intensive ONLY) Planned Trips (subject to confirmation) July 10: Rivergate Skate Center July 18: Nashville Shores Join us on exciting adventures every Friday after camp, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM! While field trips are optional, please note that fees are not included in the regular camp tuition. Parents/guardians are kindly asked to manage transportation to and from the field trips and are required to stay with their child throughout the entire trip. For those needing transportation assistance, a $10 fee per student applies. Stay tuned for additional details and pricing sent your way after registration.
