What if I can't pay the fee by the deadlines?If costume fees are not received by the deadline costumes will not be ordered and student will not be able to participate in the recital. If costumes are able to be ordered after the deadline a rush order fee will be applied. All students are expected to participate. However, if a student’s account does not have a zero balance, they will not be allowed to participate.

Will my student need any additional items for the recital?Students will receive a costume checklist closer to the recital date, however, below is a list of items students will typically need for the recital. How do I know how much my total costume fee is and when are they due?For the fall 2024 recital, students will need a costume for their combo classes + 1 elective class (contemporary or lyrical only). Performance & Company Team students may need additional costumes. What is the recital fee?A recital fee is required for each family. This fee helps cover costs associated with the recital production.

How many tickets are parents allowed to purchase?Parents are allowed to purchase as many tickets as they would like until tickets are sold out. Each family will be able to purchase two parent/guardian tickets at a discounted rate during pre-sales only. There will only be two parent/guardian tickets per family. Each attendee over the age of 2 will need a ticket for admission. More details about parent/guardian tickets will be included when tickets go on sale.

How do I pay the costume and recital fees?You will receive an email when costume and recital fees are posted to accounts. Payments should be submitted through the secured Parent Portal at any time before the due dates.

RECITAL REHEARSAL SCHEDULEBegins November 4th @ the RRDT Studio View Schedule Here All students that are participating in the recital are required to attend the full duration of the scheduled recital rehearsal for their class group, regardless of their enrollment status in specific classes. The times on the schedule are in addition to your student's regularly scheduled classes; if you do not see your group listed, extra practice is incorporated in regularly scheduled classes Theatre and Tumbling Classes - Regular Schedule

STAGE REHEARSALDecember 18th-21st @ GodWhy Church View Schedule Here All students should wear black leggings and any RRDT t-shirts, with the appropriate class leotard underneath. Recital crates should be left during stage rehearsal at GodWhy Church on the first day of Stage Rehearsal. (more details below) Parents of Broadway Babies are kindly asked to remain in the lobby during stage rehearsal in case their child needs a potty break or assistance. All other parents, please drop off your student for rehearsal and return at the end of the session for pick-up. No parents are permitted in the auditorium during stage rehearsal to keep the surprise of the show.

RECITAL COSTUME PICK UP & PHOTOSDecember 1st-2nd View Schedule Here A parent/guardian must pick up their student's costumes. All fees, including December’s tuition, must be satisfied in full to receive costumes Students should arrive picture ready (hair and makeup already done). Students will get dressed in the group picture costume Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled recital photo time to allow enough time to get dressed and be ready for pictures. Parents should stay for the duration of recital photos to help their student get dressed and ready for photos. Group pictures will be at the times indicated on the schedule. Students should arrive at the beginning of their scheduled session to avoid missing the group picture. Please be patient with the photographer as she works to capture this special moment as quickly as she can! Important Reminder: To ensure your student receives their recital costumes, December’s tuition must be paid in full by December 1st. Please plan accordingly so that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

RECITAL CONTAINERS & CONTAINER CHECKLISTView Checklist Here All recital participants must have a container to keep their recital items organized. Container should have a secure lid and be clearly labeled with the student’s name. Drop off the container at GodWhy during the student’s first stage rehearsal; it will remain there until after the recital. Include all items listed on the Container Checklist, except arrival costume, leotards, and RRDT T-shirt. Stage rehearsal attire and recital arrival outfit (if student dresses at the venue) is the RRDT T-shirt.

SP23 RECITAL - TBAWe are excited to be planning our spring recital. We are still in the process of finalizing all details and will provide more information soon. Recitals are an opportunity to celebrate the end of a semester and to showcase all that your student has learned. See below for costume and recital fees (coming soon), and the dates they are due. Please be sure to pay these fees on or before the due dates in order for your student to participate in the recital, and to ensure that your student's costumes are ordered in time for the show. If costumes are able to be ordered after the deadline a rush order fee will be applied. Costume fees are due for each student, and the recital fee is per family. REQUIRED CLASS ATTIREWe strongly encourage a professional dress code for our students with proper attire. It is essential for students to have the correct attire and shoes to be successful in class. Please refer to the lists below to find a list of the attire required for each class. The required class attire can be purchased on your own, or you can place an order to purchase items through the RRDT studio. TUITION & FEES PAYMENTSTuition is based on the number of hours each student is enrolled and is based on a 4-week month. Families with more than one student enrolled in 3 or more classes will receive 10% off monthly tuition for each student after the first one. Tuition for the first month is due at registration and is non-refundable. Tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of missed classes due to student absences, inclement weather, holidays, or other studio events or class meetings. Monthly Tuition Tuition is due at the beginning of each month during the semester and is considered late on the 11th of each month. The card on file will be automatically charged in the total amount of your tuition on the first of each month. If the payment is declined, we will attempt to rerun the payment. Late Fees Tuition is considered late on the 11th of each month. If tuition is not paid by the 11th of each month, a $10 late fee will be applied. If payment is two months behind, student(s) will be dropped from all classes and may lose their spot if there are other students on the waitlist. We recommend that students arrive a few minutes early to allow ample time for preparation before class. The required class attire can be purchased on your own, or you can place an order to purchase items through the RRDT studio by completing and submitting this Merchandise Order Form. All students will need a RRDT shirt and black leggings for recitals. Please note: New this semester - skirts are required for all students. The color of tights and shoes have also changed for some classes.

FIELD TRIPSFriday Field Trips! Join us on exciting adventures every Friday after camp, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM! While field trips are optional, please note that fees are not included in the regular camp tuition. Parents/guardians are kindly asked to manage transportation to and from the field trips and are required to stay with their child throughout the entire trip. For those needing transportation assistance, a $10 fee per student applies. Stay tuned for additional details and pricing sent your way after registration. DROP-OFF AND PICKUPDrop-off: Camp starts promptly at 8 am. Early drop-offs are welcomed from 7:30 am. Pickup: Camp concludes at 12 pm. A late fee of $15 per every 30 minutes will be applicable for pickups after 12:30 pm. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!
