We’re so excited to welcome your family to another amazing season at Rhythm & Revue Dance Theatre! Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, we are thrilled to have your dancer in the studio this semester.
Please take a few moments to review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful start to the season.
📍 New Studio Location
We’ve moved! Starting this season, all classes and activities will take place at our brand-new location:
756 Rivergate Parkway, Suite 766
Goodlettsville, TN 37072
We’re still in the area you know and love—but now with more space, better amenities, and even more opportunities for our dancers to grow and thrive. We can’t wait for you to experience it!
🎟️ Parent Portal & Website Access
To keep everything simple and accessible, we use an online Parent Portal for class schedules, tuition payments, and studio communication. You can log in any time at rrdancetheatre.com.

📅 Class Start Date
The Fall 2025 semester begins on August 9, 2025.
Your dancer’s class schedule is available in your Parent Portal.
📝 Instructor Evaluations: During the first few weeks of classes, instructors will observe students to ensure proper placement. If a class change is recommended, we’ll contact you directly. Tuition may be adjusted based on class hours.
🩰 Required Class Attire
All dancers must arrive in proper attire and shoes specific to their class. Dress code details are available on your dancer’s class page.

💳 Tuition & Payments

Tuition is based on class hours and calculated on a 4-week month.

Due on the 1st of each month | Late after the 10th

Any tuition not paid in full by the 10th will be automatically drafted from the payment method on file on the 11th.

A $10 late fee will be applied on the 11th of each month if payment is not received or the automatic draft is unsuccessful.

In recital months, tuition and other fees may be due earlier than the standard schedule. Families will be notified in advance of any adjusted due dates.

After 2 months of non-payment, students may be dropped from class and may lose their spot if there is a waitlist.
💡 Multi-Student Discount: Families with 2+ students enrolled in 3+ classes receive a 10% discount on each additional student’s monthly tuition.
🖥️ All payments must be made online via the Parent Portal.
Please make sure your payment method is up to date and auto-pay is enabled for smooth processing each month.
