We are thrilled to have your family join our dance family for the Spring 2024 semester at Rhythm & Revue Dance Theatre. We want to provide you with some important information for an exciting semester. Please take a moment to review the details below:

R&R Dance Theatre Online - Parent Portal And Website

To ensure convenient access to schedules, account balances, and announcements, we have a Parent Portal available on our website at We highly recommend bookmarking these pages for future reference. You can also find important information regarding dress code, our annual calendar, policies, and more on our website. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

The Spring 2024 semester classes begin on January 13, 2024. Please refer to your class schedule for the specific day your student has class. During the first month of classes, our instructors will evaluate each student and may decide to move them to another class if necessary. Please note that with any transfer of classes, tuition rates may increase accordingly.

Upon arrival at the studio, please park in a designated parking spot (avoiding the loading zone) and accompany your student to the studio entrance.

Required Class Attire

Students should come dressed in appropriate attire and dance shoes. Detailed information about required class attire is on your student's class page on our website. We recommend that students arrive a few minutes early to allow ample time for preparation before class.

The required class attire can be purchased on your own, or you can place an order to purchase items through the RRDT studio by completing and submitting this Merchandise Order Form. If purchasing directly from the studio, please place your order by completing the form. We will work to complete your order and have items ready to pick up from the studio.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition is based on the number of hours each student is enrolled and is calculated on a 4-week month. Families with multiple students enrolled in 3 or more classes will receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition for each additional student. The registration fee and the first month's tuition are due in full at registration to secure your student's spot. All fees and payments are non-refundable. Please note that all fees must be paid in full for participation in performances and recitals. Late fees will apply for unpaid tuition after the 10th of each month.

If fees are not submitted, they will be automatically withdrawn from the card on file. Additionally, please note that tuition remains the same each month, regardless of any missed classes due to student absences, inclement weather, holidays, or other studio events or class meetings.

Monthly Tuition

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 11th.

Tuition payments not submitted will be automatically processed on the 10th of each month. Please be sure to have your payment up to date each month as we will be assessing a $10 late fee to accounts with unpaid tuition fees on the 11th. The last month's (December) tuition is due before costume pick-up.

Late Fees

Tuition is considered late on the 11th of each month. If tuition is unpaid by the 11th of each month, a $10 late fee will be applied. If payment is two months behind, student(s) will be dropped from all classes and may lose their spot if other students are on the waitlist.

How to Make Payments

All tuition and fee payments must be submitted online through our secured portal. Login to your Parent Portal to add your method of payment, and begin making safe and convenient payments today!
